Director of Strategic Projects and Operations
Renée is the director of strategic projects and operations, supporting the work portfolio of the associate provost for institutional effectiveness. In this role, Renée provides planning, leadership, and management of high-impact initiatives aligning with the development of the WashU’s institutional effectiveness strategy. Renée works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and ensure strategic alignment across institutional effectiveness units, including Institutional Research & Analysis and the Office of Data Governance. She oversees and supervises the institutional effectiveness core support team comprised of operations, project management, data visualization, and communications. Renée leads staff and coordinates resources to ensure effective operations, fiduciary responsibility, and timely submission of project deliverables.
