Nancy is the senior associate provost for institutional effectiveness. She partners with the provost, vice provosts, deans, and other university leaders to navigate complex institutional challenges by aligning data, strategy, and evaluation to support university decision-making. She helps translate strategy into measurable outcomes, assess progress, and drive continuous improvement through evidence, analytics, and evaluation.

Under her leadership, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness brings together expertise in planning, institutional data and analytics, evaluation, data governance, external reporting, and strategic partnerships to provide an integrated approach to institutional decision support and organizational learning.
