Anna Jaeggi-Wong is a PhD student in the Molecular Microbiology and Microbial Pathogenesis (MMMP) program. She graduated from Brandeis University in 2023 with her Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Biology. She then completed a two-year postbaccalaureate fellowship in the Laboratory of Viral Diseases at the National Institutes of Health, where her research focused on regulation of influenza A assembly under antibody pressure. At WashU, she hopes to study host-pathogen interactions and the immune response in order to aid in the development of more effective antimicrobial drugs. In her free time, Anna enjoys doing diamond paintings and jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, and baking.
