Institutional Data Team

Gina is a senior data analyst for the institutional research & analysis unit. She manages a set of institutional surveys in collaboration with internal and national partners. She plans, builds, and maintains dashboards to communicate results from student surveys to WashU stakeholders. 

Barry is a Senior Business Analyst in the Office of Data Governance unit. Barry works closely with the data stewardship community on establishing, nurturing, and sustaining aspects of Data Governance. Barry has been involved in Business Analysis and Data Management for many years. 

Jacob is a portfolio coordinator which means he supports the portfolio of work of the full institutional effectiveness team. He helps manage day-to-day administrative functions and select initiatives for the team including intake document of new projects, scoping visualization products, assisting in operational tasks, and being our lead project manager. 

Soophia is a data visualization designer supporting the institutional effectiveness team and campus stakeholders at WashU by transforming complex datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives. Keith is a senior reporting analyst. He coordinates the reporting of WashU data to federal and state agencies, consortia, and various rankings organizations. Pam is a senior data analyst for the institutional research & analysis unit. She creates dashboards to share data visualizations with WashU stakeholders, helps analyze WashU rankings, and builds repeatable processes for managing data. Pam also conducts research and analysis to answer questions raised by senior management and committees and helps administer institutional surveys.
