Becca acts to coordinate and manage a variety of activities and resources for the implementation of the university strategic plan.

Megan provides high level administrative support for multiple vice provosts. In addition to supporting calendars, she works closely with senior leadership in the Office of the Provost offering support with numerous high-level programs, projects, committees, and events.  

Mark focuses on HLC accreditation. He manages new degree proposals and major modifications, compliance reporting for NC-SARA, licensure reporting and compliance, and quality improvement projects related to these areas. 

Tamara Kulish serves as the administrative project coordinator in the Office of the Provost working closely with the senior program manager and the vice provost. She supports a variety of programs and initiatives for Danforth Campus faculty.

Katelyn serves as a project manager in the Office of the Provost.  She is responsible for various projects that promote the initiatives of the provost and vice provosts.

Roumy works closely with the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and International Affairs by providing strategic counsel and programmatic support on key WashU international priorities and partnerships; overseeing global seed grant initiatives; facilitating international programs-related data collection and assessment, and helps envision, revamp and provide continuous guidance on content for the WashU global website development.

Director of Communications Amy collaborates in the creation, development, and execution of communications originating from the Office of the Provost. Deborah serves as a project manager in the Office of the Provost. She is responsible for various projects that promote the initiatives of the provost and vice provosts.

Alex provides high level administrative support for multiple vice provosts. In addition to supporting calendars she works closely with senior leadership in the Office of the Provost offering support with numerous high level programs, projects, committees, and events.  

Sterling acts to coordinate and manage a variety of activities and resources for the implementation of the university strategic plan.

Lulu supports the people side of change for the university’s strategic plan, Here and Next. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, her expertise lies in the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies. She manages and facilitates smooth transitions across various university initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation.

Jennifer is responsible for managing and directing key administrative and academic support projects for the Office of the Provost. She works closely with the senior associate provost and chief of staff on strategic projects and priorities. Jennifer also manages and creates structures around academic initiatives and unique projects through the Office of the Provost.

Karen develops communications strategies and plans for specific Office of the Provost initiatives across a variety of digital platforms and channels including web, social media, email marketing, events, and collateral with an overall emphasis on reputation building and promotion of Washington University.

Kimberley provides administrative support to the provost and the Office of the Provost. She manages the daily activities of the provost, including calendar support. In addition to providing executive support, Kimberley coordinates and supports numerous Office of the Provost committees and manages annual and biannual Office of the Provost sponsored events.
