Diana is Senior Director Institutional Effectiveness. She leads the implementation of the IE strategy and oversees IE operations. She works in partnership with the Associate Provost for IE and the Executive Vice Provost to provide leadership and expertise to advance the Provost’s and WashU’s mission and strategic priorities. She serves as a member of the Here and Next backbone leadership team and is responsible for the backbone functions of the university’s strategic plan that reside in IE. She supports and enhances the institution’s academic operations while advancing quality, access, and understanding of institutional data to support institutional decisions.
