Jenine is a senior data scientist working with the Institutional Effectiveness team on projects related to faculty work-life, student outcomes, and evaluation of the university strategic plan. She is responsible for data strategies and innovation including transformation and integration of data from multiple sources and building predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for intervention. Jenine collaborates with academic and administrative departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytic solutions. She also serves as a resource for colleagues in the effective use of data and analytic tools and interpret and presents data insights in a clear and actionable manner to a diverse set of stakeholders. In all of her work, Jenine implements data governance policies and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
