Laurie Weingart, PhD, is the Richard M. and Margaret S. Cyert Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She is the interim associate dean of masters programs at the Tepper School, the past chair of CMU’s Faculty Senate, and co-leads the Collaboration and Conflict Research Lab. Weingart formerly served as CMU’s Provost (interim) and as a Senior Associate Dean within the Tepper School.
