The WashU STEM Exchange is a community of STEM education professionals, spanning faculty (teaching and tenure-track), staff, and leadership. We spotlight our successes in STEM teaching, identify opportunities for growth, and draw insights from the educational literature and our national peers. Three times each semester, we meet to focus on a principle of equitable and effective teaching, as established by the National Academies. On this website, we will document our progress towards fostering long-term, widespread enhancement of our STEM teaching.
