gradSERU
The Graduate Student Experience in the Research University (gradSERU) survey gives WashU master’s and doctoral students an opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives. Students are invited to provide feedback on key aspects of WashU graduate life, including academic, research, teaching, career preparation, and health and well-being. Results are used to inform improvements to the graduate student experience across the university.
Population surveyed: Master’s and Doctoral students.
When conducted: in the spring of odd-numbered years.

Doctoral Exit Survey
The Doctoral Exit Survey is administered to graduating doctoral students; it gives them the opportunity to evaluate WashU, their doctoral program, faculty advising, and professional development, and to report on their plans for the future.
Population surveyed: Graduating doctoral students.
When conducted: January, May, and December.
